Do not have any accounts except a credit card with this bank but I have had to go into this branch a few times to cash payroll checks. And I must say, I'm going to change over all of my accounts to this bank. The tellers are always so very friendly , inviting, helpful and professional. Great customer service. Thank you.

This bank is horrible to their customers. They are rude, unless you have A LOT of money, then they will be nice to you. They treat you as a statistic and is you are a small banker you can easily be tossed aside. BEWARE they will rip you off as well. I had 1 transaction that I did not have enough to cover, however, they took the largest transaction and moved it up regardless of the date so that they could charge 11 NSF fees on me. When I pleaded my case they really didn't care and were more than happy to close out my account now that they had their money. Rediculous. Customer service truly means nothing to these people.
