Disgusting water, do not even feel safe bathing in it. Reported them to Public Service Commissioners office on a few occasions and nothing improved.
Have moved to another area and my water is now clean to bathe in and is drinkable.

this company is in the 1960s payment options are prehistoric its mail in payment or come in person and dont even try to come around noon no one available for service until 1pm cant believe that they are still doing business like this with computers in every house in america rediculous

Management has improved it a little (used to be even worse). The water is fine, and is tested yearly. Lots of system problems, and repairs are not always done to last. They don't always hire trained individuals. Could be better, but there is worse around St. Tammany, also.

There is raw sewerage poring out of a manhole in my neighbor's driveway. I am on hold after dialing the "emergency" number. What a joke.
