I wish I had seen these negative reviews before driving 40 minutes out to be yelled at and chased off the lot!
He got upset when we asked to take the car on a test drive and said forget it! I'm done with you you're wasting my time! After only 5 minutes! This man flipped on a dime and was yelling at us and coming towards us as we got in our car to leave.

Absolutely horrible place and should not be in business the way he treats people.

Worst experience at a dealership - ever. Test drove a minivan, and my daughter just wasn't in it. Asked to test an SUV and the owner told me I was wasting his time (????). I tried to explain I we wanted to look at a variety but he just said go somewhere else. The office was a complete mess, some indication of how he runs his business and likely reflects the condition of his cars. Do NOT shop here. This man has an attitude and should not be in the car business

Actually, I should give them -5 stars! The sellers were really rude! I tested a car which seemed to be fine, but the price was a bit out of our range. I was talking to my wife about what to do when this guy walked by us and asked what we thought, we said we liked the car but didn't like the price, then he asked why did we waste his time in a really rude tone then went back to his office. My wife was baffled by the terrible attitude and I couldn't believe it! I went back in there to tell him that just because I didn't like the price didn't mean i wasnt going to take it! And that my wife and I were just talking about it. Then the next thing that happened was so shocking that I doubted the whole reason why I came to the states. He started shouting:" you know what? I will not sell you the car! Now get out of my lot!" I was like wait, what? Is that how you handle your customers? He kept shouting louder! Get out of my lot! Get out of my damn lot! Then his wife or partner started shouting at me too! Get out! Or i will call the police! I was so shocked! I got out really fast and couldnt explain to my wife what just happened! I started crying, my wife cried too. I called a few friends and told them about it and they said that that is what's happening in america right now. Racism everywhere! That i shouldnt let it bring me down. That it was prolly for the best that I didnt get the car from them. And they will see the result of their actions on the long run... I am amazed by how their business is still working. It's really sad but I don't recommend anyone to purchase a car from them. Actions like that should not be encouraged.

I called about a car and offered $350 less than asking price due to damage history (which was undisclosed by the dealer). The man who I assume was "Dean" said, "Good for you, you did some research. Now go do more", then hung up on me. Wow! How this place manages to stay in business is astonishing!

I purchased a 2001 Mazda Miata from this @$$hole for cash. Within a couple of days of the purchase the console beneath the steering wheel fell apart. After inspecting the area it was clear that dealer knew about it and had rigged it so that I could drive it for a couple of days until it fell apart again. The license plate light has also begun dangling in the rear of the car. The dealer also messed up the vehicle registration paperwork, which caused me to have to make two trips to the Office of Motor Vehicles to clear up the problem . When I contacted (Dean), the dealer/owner, he began making excuses and started yelling at me about HIS mistake. I would never buy another vehicle from this clown.

Brought a 02 Saturn test drove it everything fine. The day comes for me to bring it home drove it to a car wash, water started leaky inside driver door i was upset but said it could be fix. The next day drove around decided to turn the ac, well the compressor was making noise and blowing hot, brought it back to dean he fixed it. So about a couple weeks later water started leaking on my front floor broad and the steering wheel was moving like someone had loosening it, on top of that the ac started blowing hot again contact dean no answer, still waiting. His cars are garbage !!!!

Bought a car, it broke the same week. Brought it back to Deans to repair & car was worse than when I left it when I picked it up. There was damage to my car & it was filthy when I picked up, full of grease, sand & mud. Gasket on the door was ripped, aluminum (beer) can marks on my trunk lid, check engine light is now on & drives worse! I can't believe they treat people this way & just leave in the customers personal vehicle to take a personal trip out of state, WOW! The owner allowed his secretary who has no mechanical knowledge, to "test drive" my car to Mississippi from Louisiana while left at his shop to repair & the filth & grease & earrings, torn gasket, sand & dent on my side view mirror are the minor issues at this point. Without a doubt, what they did is theft & criminal damage to property. It makes me sick to think that a business is operating way.
