Horrible place. Bought pet food here that was wet, rotten, and completely moldy. It looked like it had six months of mold growing in there. I called as soon as I opened it and brought it back in the next day, which was an hour round trip. When I got there they said it must have gotten wet after I bought it and refused to give me another bag! Really? No apology, no refund. So rude. Like someone would lie about a $20 bag of food? Well apparently they would. Horrible customer service. They had put the bag directly in my trunk the day before. If I had done it myself I would have noticed that the bag was discolored and way too heavy. The puppies at this place are sickly and obviously come from a puppy mill. One had discharge coming out of one eye that was cloudy and blind looking. I will drive the extra half hour to get my food from Tractor Supply, where they have excellent customer service and won't lie to your face.

Its a pretty gool place but don't buy ducklings from there because I bought one at about 5pm and it died the same day at about 8:50pm. I did everything teh pet store guy told me to do and still it died. So like I said before if you simply HAVE to have a pet from there, I'd get it checked out by a vet almost immediately and make them guarantee that your pet won't die shortly after taking it home.

One of my favorite pet shops amazing staff, but their prices are a little high... But doesn't stop me.
