This facility is terrible, you can never get an appt with MD they force you to see a Nurse Pract but make you pay the same price... Really??? Does she have the exp? does she have MD behind her name? I am sick of always being told my doc has a opening 3 months from now but you can see the nurse right now. I pay ins to see a MD not a nurse. Also, was told nurse policy was to have a call returned within 24 hours, I was sick and needed call same day, I was also told that if I wanted to speak to the doc and not the nurse that I would need to schd appt. Really??? You just told me my docs next appt is 3 to 4 months away... They do not care about the patient at all it is about how many patients they can squeeze into the office using a nurse to do a doctors job. We are done... You just lost 4 more patients.
