First of all, this is not a review about Dr. Finger, although I hope he reads this. I never go that far (to see him) because of the curt, rude and ill informed female on the phone (who would not state her name). I called on 10/2/15, at approx. 3:00 p.m to ask about the charges I may incur for visiting Dr. Finger. I understand that you cannot positively state the cost of a visit due to treatments, x-rays and other possible treatment. My question was for a consultation only and nothing else. After some conversation which produced nothing in the way of an answer,she abruptly stated $500 (in a curt tone) and practically hung up. I called back (now I'm angry). Still the same rude tone of voice, finally coming up with $45 co-pay and that's it. Again refusing to tell me what the insurance would pay in conjunction with the co-pay for a simple consultation. I will not use this doctor due to the rudeness of his help. I hope he reads this. Only to learn of the loss of a patient that would probably need two rotator cuff surgeries which I'm sure would incur substantial earnings for him. NO, I will go somewhere else.
