VERY DISAPPOINTED in every aspect of this company and the people who work here! I ordered my daughters Sweet Sixteen dress on January 17th for an event on March 21st. After many promises and excuses I am finding out TODAY that her dress will not be in for event. From the moment we entered the store we were treated very rudely. I started to leave that day without a dress but after visiting four other shops my daughter had finally found a dress she fell in love with. I was told that it would take 2 weeks to come in. 4 weeks later I check on status of dress and I am told it will be here in a week. 2 more weeks later I check on dress and I am told they are overnighting the dress. A week later it's supposedly in. When my daughter gets there to pick up dress it's not the correct dress. Lady tries to blame us for mistake by saying she never even carried the dress we say we ordered. We show her a picture that we took at her shop with dress on as well as the original receipt where we paid for dress up front. Without apologizing she tells us that she will have CORRECT dress once again sent overnight. Two days later without hearing from her we stop by shop to check on status and she then sends another employee to the front to refund our money!!! I now have to find a dress in less than two weeks. I do not recommend this shop to anyone and suggest you be sure you get your dress before paying!!!! Not to mention I have a BROKEN-HEARTED STRESSED 16 YEAR OLD!!
