Been going here for years always friendly! have had to bring my grandsons glasses in for repairs and replacement never had a problem! recommend them t everyone!

This location in particular has really terrible service.

My son had his glasses broken and I called the location to place an order for another pair. The lady who answered my call said she would place the order right away,to allow 7-10 business days for delivery. After 7 business days, I called to check on the status, the lady who picked up simply said they were not in to allow 7-10 business days. After 2 weeks of waiting, I called to ask for the status on my son's glasses as he was wearing an old prescription still and had trouble seeing. She (a lady named Sharice) checked my sons file and said that there had been no order placed. I was highly upset and asked her what happened, she did not have a reply to give to me. She said all she could do was place the order. I asked her if she could please have them rushed as my kid was getting headaches from not being able to see the chalk board. She showed no signs of symphothy or care. She just simokt said, "I'll ask to see if they could rush them. That's all that I could do."

I'm waiting on his pair of glasses and never returning to this location. I'm writing this review because I would not wish this on anyone, let alone a child of 11 years old, just starting school.
