HORRIBLE . Repairman is a complete smart a**. Was at our house for literally 10 min and charged $200 to glance at our tvs. He seemed aggravated my husband had attempted to replace boards on TV himself and spent most of his time trying to scold him about buying stuff on ebay. Oh wait that $200 goes towards service in you let him repair......We could order the boards brand new from sears for half of what they quoted us. Save your money and dignity and go elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would.

STOP!!! Takes your initial payment for diagnoses and then two months later comes up with a repair cost which is more than the tv is worth. You will regret taking your tv to this place.

Beware!!!!, do not bring your TV here for service.This place has absolutely terrible service. They had my TV (a 52 Sharp LCD) for about 1 month and still didn t repair it. When you walk in the shop it is a complete dump, there are open TVs everywhere and the place is dirty. If you want your TV fixed promptly with good service, don t bring it here.

Brought in my Sony TV for repair and I've been waiting almost 2 months to hear back. I called them today and they're closed 2 weeks for the holidays. I can understand closing a few days for Christmas and New Years, but for a factory approved repair shop to close for 2 weeks is ridiculous.
