Awesome steak. Great atmosphere and the tenderloin steak is to die for. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I had the best steak outside of Texas at Young’s Restaurant. I had this huge 32oz steak that I couldn’t finish. It tasted like it was cooked on an open fire pit. If you visit the New Orleans area make sure you stop over in Slidell and visit Young’s Restaurant. You won’t regret it!

He takes tip money from the wait staff and pays the bus boys from it rather than from his pocket like a respectable owner would do. Also he does not even pay his wait staff by the hour, they are being neglected their pay by hour.

Young's restaurant is by far my favorite. The steaks are unbelieveable. The service and atmosphere are also the best! If you are on Robert Road in Slidell, give this place a try. Tell Craig, the owner, Kip sent you.

Just wanted to say how great our 50th anniversary was when we celebrated it at Young's with all of our family and friends. Service was outstanding and the food was incredible.

It doesn't hurt that Craig Young has very reasonable prices. It is fitting to have celebrated our event with these guys since most of our family celebrations through the years have been with them. God Bless and thanks again.

We always have a great time at Youngs. The service is great and the food is awesome. My husband's favorite place to eat great steak that is cooked to perfection! They also have wonderful happy hours and live music. Check this place out!

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Slidell. If you are eating in Slidell and have not been here, it is a must! The steaks and fresh fish of the Gulf have always been spectacular, but they have recently added Live Maine Lobsters to their menu and I gotta tell you, Young's is now the place for Lobster in Slidell. Hands down, the best!

Always a great time at Young's. Whether it's the awesome steaks or the seafood including the LIVE LOBSTER, we always leave happy. Hard not to get my favorite though petite filet with crabmeat and mushrooms, YUM! Really enjoying the after hours every other Friday great idea!!

went last year for valentines day, steaks came out hr and half later, cold. told the hostess that took my number and said she would talk to owner and would call me back never did. this place was highly recommended. I wouldnt go there again, I didnt want anything but would have liked a call back. there were three of us, we spent good money. they do not care about the customer.
