Very polite and friendly! They give out free gardening gloves in the beginning of the season! One of the girls in the office even came out to help me shovel my stones.

We ordered 5 yards of screen topsoil, when the driver dropped it off he apologized on how clumpy it was. We called the store and the owner was rude and said " learn to use a shovel and work with it" I explained that the clumps were bigger than my foot and he said to bad nothing he would do. I explained again how unhappy I was and asked if there was anything he could do for us, he replied "you drive over and I will give you $5 otherwise just work with it and stop wasting his time". I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, nasty owner that offers insults instead of helping you resolve a issue. Out of principal I told him to keep his $5 and I would make sure that I made other aware of his business practices. If you notice they made it very hard to do reviews on their company so I'm sure there are many that couldn't voice there opinion.
