My husband purchase my ring back in 2004/2006 and when I lost my rings earlier this year I called and asked them for help for the description, appraisal for my insurance company and never received anything. After calling three times they never answered the phone again or returned my messages. We had purchased several pieces of jewerly from here. Will not return

I would highly recommend. I like that this is a family run business and you deal directly with the owner. He (Jim) does great custom work and the prices are very reasonable.

Now That's Service!

I drove by on a whim only to discover this nice little store. I stopped in to get a watch battery changed and as I waited I saw a beautiful ring that caught my eye for my wife's birthday. There was no pressure and he took the time to explain the ring and gave me a great price. It was a far better experience than when I bought my wife's wedding ring at a stuffy over priced jeweler.

Great Value Great Service

I shopped all over to find an engagement ring for my girl and I found JM Jewelry far away has the BEST prices by far. The price of the ring I purchased would have been thousands more had I gone to kesslers. Jim is great to work with and treated my like family. I will never go anywhere else for jewelry again. They have a customer for life with me!

Lost Ring

I took my ring in to have it fixed on 12/2/2009 and was told it would take 7-10 days to get it back. When I went in 10 days later to pick it up I was told it wasn't done yet. On 12/24/2009 I still didn't have my ring back and was informed it was lost, but not to worry because they would "take care of me". As of 1/26/2010 they still have not found my ring and are taking no actions to replace it.

Ring was not lost and customer had it in hand by the 29th of December. We do thousnads of repairs and sometimes it takes longer than we quote, and sometimes people rush to judgement because they just not very understanding. Enjoy the free work!

They sold my brother an engagement ring with the diamond certification saying it was perfect. They had the wrong setting for the stone and the diamond was chipped on the bottom. They refused to take the ring back and give them the stone he paid for and when the prongs were fixed the ring was to small (and she lost weight). The owner was rude and harrassed my brother with phone calls and told them if they came into the store again she would call the police. An engagement is suppose to be a happy time but this has turned out to be a mess. And I would turn anyone away from this store.

There was never a problem with the diamond, your brother approved a wax carving and then after his approval we casted it he decided that he wanted us to change it. we were willing to gladly do the changes at cost but he was un willing to pay. When you writing things for other people you should get the story right before you do it.
