I used to use this pharmacy and have since changed to Giant Eagle's pharmacy. The service is terrible, on several seperate visits my mother, girlfreind and myself have been ignored and treated rudely by employees. I have been left to wait, at times, for over an hour. They treat people like an inconveinence. I cannot speak for Rite Aide as a whole but the Slippery Rock branch is one of the worst pharmacies in respect to customer service. Anyone looking for a new pharmacy should look elsewhere.
