While traveling through New York headed back home to North Carolina, I hit a patch of black ice and wrecked my car. It was 4:30am and the State Police called a tow truck for me. It ended up being Smiths. My car had a big chance of being totalled. Here I am, a woman traveling by herself, stranded. Mr Smith made sure I was warm, and not hurt. He was so friendly and tried to make my unfortunate event as easy as he could for me. Because of the insurance company having to be involved, I had to contact him several times and each time he was always as nice and as helpful as the first. I highly recommend his company! He is awesome!!
