I rent through American Homes for rent, a work order was placed for this company 5 business days ago, 7 real days, without as much as a phone call. When I called American Homes back to request a different vendor, they got Carolina Odd jobs on the phone, Carolina odd jobs had claimed they had a problem with the phone number...I had called them and left a voiemail with my phone number day 3, after American Homes for rent connected by way of 3 way dialing, we were disconnected, common sense tells any businessman/woman to call that customer back seeing as YOU DEFINATELY HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER NOW, did they!? NO!!!!! COMPLETE AND UTTER NEGLIGENCE, since they didn't call me back, I called them back AGAIN, TWICE!!! straight to voicemail....I finally got American homes to request a new vendor, these people are so bad, they couldn't even get an APPOINTMENT setup when I gave them every chance in the world to correct their mistake, instead they made excuses, if that's how they begin a relationship with a customer, GOD KNOWS their actual services will reflect, absolutely a joke
