I love Dr. Mohamed and find him to be very experienced and knowledgeable. I saw him a number of years ago for kidney stones and just recently for kidney cancer. There have been times I have had to wait for long periods to see Dr. Mohamed like when he is called out for emergency surgery, or when he has had a difficult and long patient, but I would rather wait or reschedule than find another doctor. His staff are friendly and helpful and I would recommend him highly.

This place is pathetic. .I was referred to them by urgent care, first of all they will not call you and set an appointment. . And I have called them twice to set up an appointment and not only does a person not answer the phone. But when you leave a message they can't be bothered to return your call !!

I have called this office for a full week trying to get a live person to answer the phone. I finally resorted to leaving a message like the RECORDING asked and my phone call was not EVER returned. Sick people do NOT have time for GAMES!!!!

You should be prepared to wait in the inner patient room for a very long time. The waiting room is always crowded, and one will always have to wait for entrance to the patient area. Although initial care is excellent I feel some of the follow-up tests were unnecessary since I had been free of kidney stones for over 18 months. Since they own their own scanning service I expect the follow-up was scheduled for that reason.
