.We recently lost our Casey, a 16 year old Springer Spaniel who began to suffer urological issues. Unfortunately, we took Casey to Dr. Clark AFTER frequenting local vets in Windsor and Franklin. Even AFTER requesting ultrasound for our Casey the other vets kept misdiagnosing, wanting to perform expensive,superflouous testing, but no ultrasound which may well have given us more years with Casey! Dr Clark did the ultrasound first visit and referred us to Dr. Kramer for a sedated ultrasound which confirmed her suspicion and our fears. Casey was put on a cancer drug, but she deteriorated rapidly.. Everytime we called or visited the Oaks we met with or spoke to one of the doctors, they personally called us with each of our panic calls and were always supportive and caring ! If you have and love your pet, take them to the Oaks for well pet care and any health problems. They provided even the final arrangements for Casey They are the best Thanks Oaks L. Mitchell / B. I LOVE this vet clinic everyone is super nice and they are very good with horses.
