Can I ask what company to go with in the Otterville area service at Norris is very rude

I was looking up their phone number today to call on a concern and saw your review. When I called I received the same treatment you spoke of. It was very disappointing to me as they lost a good customer over it and could have cared less. I was surprised by the overall attitude of the person I was speaking to so I asked to speak to the owner and she said she was the owner. I was shocked and the fact that she did not seem to care about keeping a customer was surprising to me.

I used Norris & Sons and was very disappointed in their lack of professionalism, poor and unreliable service. Their customer is not a priority to them. Spoke to the owner to address the poor and unreliable service and she said she did not care-even argued that somehow it was my fault. I was floored as I have never had an owner of a business react that way. Good enough! Went to another business and have not had one problem plus the rates are less expensive.
