I waited over 45 minutes just to find out they didn't take my insurance. They don't process you until you are in the room and already waited. Instead of signing you in at the front desk, like every other place does.They skipped over me with 2 people. Finally i got up and had to say something. I was told next time make an appointment. They are rude and unorganized. Go upstairs to LIJ Labs.

The phone listed is a fax line; I had to drive there to find that out. The chain has a central booking number and you can't dial that address.
