I had my daughters 8th birthday party at the store front about three months ago. I got everything that was promised to me in the contract agreement and the prices were extremely reasonable. The manager Helene was very professional and friendly before as well as during my party. The girls working the party clearly had a lot of experience and were very friendly. They kept the children entertained through out the entire party and it ran very smoothly. It started when promised and ended exactly on time. The place was clean and is adorable inside. The pizza was delicious and the soda was kept filled through out the entire party. I have no complaints, it was exactly what I wanted and all of the parents complimented me on how nice of a party it was. I have many friends who have had parties at The Party Starts Here, all who were equally satisfied. Thank You for the great party !

The owner of this company is a complete liar...my mother and i own a party company and have crossed paths with this theif of a woman. She has lied to customers for years scamming and getting by on the cheapest parties possible.



She has stolen many ideas from our company...we run kids dance classes and theme parties as well as catering and party planning for events and within a week of meeting with her she was running around with many of our themes and idea claiming them as hers.



I cannot believe someone as brutal as her is in this industry hurting children.

I can't believe I trusted these people to have my child's birthday party there! The woman who you deal with (Helene) is a liar. She promises you so many wonderful things and then she skimps on the day of the party when it's too late to do anything. She made my guests wait in the waiting area while she called me to the back to pay in full. She said she would not start the party till she got her money in cash! I asked her if she could wait because there were 2 children who might be sick. She said absolutely not. So I paid her while my guests watched me...very embarassing. She told me over the phone that the birthday child was free and when it was time to pay she denied the whole thing. The nerve! Then in the middle of the party we had 2 extra kids. She told me I had to pay the extra $38.00 immediately before the end of the party. I told her I would write her a check and she said I should go to the ATM! I was not going to leave my daughter's party to go to an ATM for $37 bucks! So instead of enjoying my daughter and her birthday, I had to sit in a corner and write an extra check (after arguing with her...she agreed to accept a check). I gave her $150 deposit a week in advance and $310 in cash at the beginning of the party and she wanted me to go to an ATM during the party for an extra $37.00? I never experienced anything like this. She gave the children a puny 1/2 slice of pizza each. Some kids wanted more and I had to argue with her again to give them another 1/2. Also, 2 of the girls tiaras broke at the party. They were cheap 5 cent tiaras. The girls were upset and crying. They told the kids they couldn't have another one! I had to give one of the girls my daughter's tiara to make her happy! I also spent $40 on a stupid pinata that was filled with a few breathmints and peppermint candies and a few cheap plastic rings. All choking hazards! For $40.00 I was expecting better candy than that. They totally ripped me off. I walked out of there upset and with a headache. I felt harassed because she kept coming after me during the party to pay her for this or that! I had to keep leaving my guests and my daughter to give her what she wanted. I was not treated as a customer should be treated. Also, the place is dark, dingy and dirty. It looked more like a strip club than a child's party place. The face paint and makeup looked old and they did a terrible job of painting the kids' faces. The owner gave me the impression of a desperate crackhead who needed her money right away so she could go buy her drugs! I can't believe I trusted this business. Don't make the same mistake I did. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! AWFUL AND DISGUSTING!

The worst party place ever...Check the BBB...she has had many problems!!!!I never met a person who could lie so much... You get what you pay for in this case....Ask around town before you have a party here...You should like children and people if you are in the kid party business....In the long run its not as cheap as it appears ..only thing cheap is the supplys,flat soda,and owner...

Went to a party the other day,Owner would not admit she owned the place.Even though other people there knew her from the community. Gave out flat soda,also refused to give out the bakery where cake was from, so I could know the ingrediants,for my highley allergic child.Also wouldnt even hand the party mom an xtra garbage bag to take her presents to the car. Cheap place for a reason!!!Shame on them
