Travis Ford the manager answers the phone and says hello. I ask is this the warrior shop and he says "yes". I tell him I paid for a jersey for my son on Saturday and the coach decided to go a different route, so I need to cancel my order. He told me that the jersey was done already so there was nothing he could do. He kept saying it wasn't his problem that I didn't need the jersey anymore, he did what I asked him to do and that was- add the name and number on the back of it. He then offered a store credit for the jersey and I told him I didn't need a store credit because the coach would not be ordering the new jerseys from his shop. He stated that was not his problem and I asked to speak with someone else because he had a terrible attitude. He said he was the only person I could talk to and went on to say, "lady come get your money and we won't ever do business with you again". He then hung up in my face. So, I called the coach of my son's team to express my frustration and how disrespectful he was, and he said he would take care of it.
