I agree with the previous review mostly. His receptionist/office manager is one of the rudest, most humorless ladies I have met. She has a look on her face that suggest she believes you have another agenda or reason to see Dr. Wall. Very suspious. Another person in the waiting room told me "she looks pissed off all the time".



I have told the Dr. my physical complaints each time I see him. Each time he treats me for something differant. Last time he decided I was sleep deprived. Before that I was Bipolar. It's like he does not listen or does not believe I might have some knowledge of the medical field myself just because I work at Wal-Mart.. He is very condescending when I make a suggestion or ask for an explanation as to why he comes up with certain diagnoisis, as if he's insulted that I inquire about his decision about my health.



I kept hanging on seeing him because it's hard to find a good Dr. especially close to home, but as of late I've looked into other Dr.'s even as far as Nashville because it's evident he's not helped me over a 12 month span and I feel this will continue. It's made me question if he really knows what he's doing or is he just regurgitating the last Doctors Medical Journal he read and/or latest medical phenomenom.



I wish he and his staff well and hope they improve their care all the way around.

Dr Wall's office staff does not understand the meaning of the word urgency. If you need to see him without an appointment, do yourself a favor and stay at home. Call and make an appointment otherwise "He'll work you in" means you could be waiting for 3 to 5 hours.



Dr. Wall is a "well patient" doctor and is reluctant to admit that he can't handle something that is over his head.

Many of his patients say it is hard to get a referral from him and he is quick to prescribe pills, lots of them, in an effort to solve whatever ailment you come to him with.
