A good place for supplies run by two brothers who are helpful and informative. They ARE. NOT. a breeder mill as some ‘know it all’ previous reviewer claimed. Live animals are a tiny piece of their business and most animals come and go in a matter of days. If you want to find good prices and decent people, try 300 Pets. If you want glitz then try a big pet store franchise (where you will be find puppy mill dogs bursting at the seams!)

They have a good variety for a small pet store, it is well organized and clean, and the staff is friendly. However, the animals were not well taken care of, it is clear they just stick them in a cage, keep it relatively clean, and call it a day. The rabbits and guinea pigs had NO hay which should be the biggest part of their diet. The guinea pigs were in a tiny aquarium, that offered little ventilation. GPs are prone to upper respiratory infections and in this setup, you will most likely be taking home a sick animal. The rabbits were in a tiny, wire bottom cage which can cause sores on their feet. If it looks uncomfortable, it is uncomfortable. The staff person working during my visit insisted that was an appropriate cage (that she also uses with her own rabbits), which it most certainly is not. This concerns me because not only are her personal pets in an unsatisfactory cage but she is educating all of her customers to use unsatisfactory cages. After further questioning, it was obvious she knew very little about small animal care and health and I find that very disappointing. This store is contributing to backyard breeding, the least they could do is know what they are talking about. Lastly, the birds were in overcrowded, dirty cages and the cockatiels appeared sickly.
