Never buy a car from this place. They do not take care of their customers. I drove off the lot with a transmission issue and they expected me to drive almost 100 miles to their mechanic in Covington. Plus they would not offer me anything to drive while the car was being repaired. Absolutely the worse people to do business with!

I actually had a pretty good experience with Cobb Parkway. I came, I saw, I conquered! Got a great car

do not do business, with them, they are racist, people, they steal, and sell cars that don't belong to them, they do not give the tittle and give you the run around, if anybody refers you here, run like you are going to hell, because that's how they treat you like crap

This is the worst car dealership ever! Do not do business with them.The customer service sucks, the cars are not the best and they are too expensive. Spare yourself a lot of pain and go elsewhere.

Even after paying off the loan the dealership turned off my car stating that I had to do more paperwork and additional state taxes....so now I have to make arrangements to drive two hours to their dealership with another vehicle to sign and pay taxes before I can actually drive the car I paid for.

I have had the WORST car buying experience at Cobb Parkway Motors. If you can imagine a company that exhibits horrible customer service, lack of professionalism, and miscommunication... Cobb Motors Parkway is at the top of the list. The salesman thought he was doing me a favor by giving me a "deal" on my used car purchase, but due to their attitudes, lies and inconvenience I became an irate customer. I honestly would have paid more if it would have given me a pleasant experience. Never in my life will I recommend this dealership to anyone. Even if you are buying a used car and not a 2014 fresh out of the factory car; no one should get the run around and be treated like your money doesn't matter.
