This dental office gave me poor rushed service, didnt want to answer any ?s and displayed as if they didnt know much. they said he would answer ?s, but then he displayed same behavior. I only wanted to get an exam so I could see what was going on. I could have went to buckhead area, got that done with a camera for $10 less. I had to request these photos about 4 times before they finally sent them, the other dentist said they were too dark. The girls that were sending them couldnt understand good english or they didnt know how to do. They got the money not after the visit but right after taking the pictures. After I paid he took 10 second for this Dr. Maurice Brown to examination of my tooth. Every time I had questions he rushed me on, so did they. It was clear they didnt know anything about anything but just how to get you in there. After he told me i needed a rootcanal, extraction, and crown, i thought he was coming to answer the ?s I had, they just came with the $1500 bill. Very poor service. All I wanted was xrays of my tooth, The lady lied to get me in there. I complained and tried to get in touch with someone so I can get the pictures taken again or my money back, they just give me the run around. Very Poor service just for xrays
