The customer service is bad and the guy over there understnads and knows nothing.

Went there to get a new sim since changed my phone which now has Nano and earlier phone was supported with Micro sim.

The first thing he should have asked me is whether I have updated my IMEI for my metropcs number.

I was never aware that each time you buy a new unlocked phone, you have to register the the IMEI for your metropCS number.

I was under the impression that the micro sim cut into nano at home wouldnt work for my new phone.

Hence bought a new sim.

He asked me that he would charge $10.50 for the new sim. He simply gave it to us without any configuration or affiliation with our MetroPCS number. Upon asking he mentions that you asked for a new sim. Are we going to eat the new sim? Then he said he would charge another $15 to activate the new SIM. Whats wrong with him. We already have a metropcs number, we had old sim and we just want to activate the new sim.



The simple task was just to add the new IMEI for my old sim and I neednt have to buy a new sim altogether.

Waste of money and waste of time.
