Monterrey’s is very family friendly. My kids love going on the Mariachi band nights. The band takes requests from all the tables, and it’s fun for the whole family. The food is good. It includes great traditional Mexican dishes that you don’t always see at other restaurants as well as a decent vegetarian selection. We love Monterrey’s for easy family dinner’s out. While they do have a kids menu, they do not supply coloring pages/crayons, so bring those if it’s important to your family.
