Walter and Tony are two of the nicest guys in the repair business. They have cared for mine and my wifes car for 5 years now and have always treated us fairly and done excellent work.

I have had my BMW (97' 328I 200,000 + miles on it now) in for the big things..and always leave knowing that the job cost me a little more (well accept for two times). They know my car and the professional well trained service people make you feel good about your choice of mechanic. They mail out coupons! I use them...My last two repairs (in a three month time period) was the alternator and water pump. Both repairs were priced out lower then NTB ....So the prices are getting better and the workmanship is already great....Here's is another great thing,,,I bring my car in ...they check it over ..tell me what is having problems (I often have more then one thing happening) if I have to prioritize and just get some of the repairs done now they don't make me feel like a cute dumb girl with a cute expensive &%$# car and try to "force" repairs on you like a lot of places do...i.e. you go in for an oil change and come out with new brakes you didn't know you needed a front end alignment you didn't need etc..
