I just finished my first class of self-defense at RMAA and I am shaking from the effort, adrenaline and sheer excitement! I learned that I really don't like strangers in my personal space and that there are things I can do about it!

The class was a vigorous workout, a fount of information and completely empowering.

I know that every woman should know how to protect herself but I have always been afraid to attend a class. I felt RMAA would be a good fit for me after witnessing the year and a half of classes my son has attended.

There is something very compelling in the Rashas instruction that has made me want to take my own classes and get strong, just as my son has. And now, I finally can! I cannot wait for my next class!

UPDATE - Sept 13

It's been 2 months since my first class and my initial review. I have been diligent in attending because I JUST LOVE it!!! It's an amazing workout and women who lead active public lives (not recluses like me!) should take this class. I have developed some great reflexes and am working on developing more. I can't say enough good about this self-defense program! Come and try it and you'll be hooked!
