If you have an infinite love for fried chicken and waffles like I do, then South City Kitchen is the place to grab them both. The chicken is to die for seriously. Super juicy, crunchy breading and properly seasoned so you can enjoy the flavor with every bite. And the waffle is light and fluffy. This is my favorite brunch menu item. Oh and the friend chicken and collard greens is my favorite dinner item. The service is impressive which wins me over every time.

I love the food here. It is a unique twist on Southern food. I highly recommend reviewing the menu to make sure it appeals to everyone first though. My favorite dish is the Southern Fried chicken and I love the fried green tomatoes. Try the boiled peanuts! They are delicious too!

Out of this world fried chicken, collards & mashed potatoes! It's not "regular" fried chicken...I read they soak it so it is super juicy! I think it's outstading! They are expensive..but worth it! The atmosphere is inviting! The staff is super duper friendly...what you'd expect from the South!

Being from the South, I love southern comfort food. This is great food in a neat modern atmosphere.
