The wait was normal for any doctor's visit. The staff were all nice. Makayla, the clinic manager, was an angel. She took blood like a pro and was very knowledgable. Dr Head was fabulous, waited maybe 5 minutes for him to come into the exam room and he was very empathetic to my situation and seemed very sincere in his efforts to help me.

Very quick and pleasant staff. Short visit but very personal at the same time. Will go back again.

I had been sick for two weeks and called my regular doctor to try to come in. He told me to go to the emergency room. I wasn't going to do that. I went to this clinic, Dr. Head saw me and told me to get two over the counter medications and in two days I was well. I will go back again.

This page wasn't up when I took my son in on Halloween morning in 2012. He was four at the time and my guess was that he had croup and needed a steroid to help. The doctor diagnosed him with a bird and gave me Rx for nose drops. My son ended up getting an xray, strep test and was seen by the doctor for 10 minutes. I suggested croup and the doctor didn't even consider my intuition. Early the next morning I end up running to the ER with a child who couldn't breath. With steroid medicine and a breathing treatment in the ER at Stonecrest he was fine. AFC doctor did a lot of unnecessary tests and I was charged later when a bill came for $75. Never go back again.

I should have read these reviews before heading to AFC. I saw a doctor who prescribed a drug which worked for me, said he would call me in 4 days times for the Blood results, after a week I called and the nurse I spoke with said she would get the doctor to call me back, that was several weeks ago, I tried to get a repeat prescription today refilled and was told I would have to come in and see the Doctor AGAIN, yeah right to get another prescription filled, this place needs to be avoided at all costs

Although the nursing staff were great and the clerical staff, the dr was horrible. He billed under several different codes for services he did not provide. Then I owed $222... I only went for a physical and refill on medicine. The total bill was $357. Unethical billing.... Billed under 2 codes for services not provided.

Waited in waiting room for 2 hours, people who came in after me came and left before i was even seen, staff was unfriendly(well front desk staff) once i got to a room, I was left there for an additional 2 hours!! with no one to check on me, and after about 15 times of my boy friend asking what was going on a nurse finally came in and did a 3 minute strep test and the doctor then proceeded to tell me, even if its not strep we will treat you as if it was.... im not sure what the heck doctors work here, but I have never heard one good thing about this office :(

So i am actually sitting in the clinic now. It is almost 2 and ive been here since 12:00. No one has even bothered to come and check on me or say im sorry for the wait. When i got here there wasnt anyone in the waiting room so i figured id be in an out. Even if he had a full hall of patients it wouldnt take two hours to get through them all. Guess they took lunch and hung out for a while before finishing up. Also just fyi - stonecrest ER is faster than this place. Im going to wait until 2:15 - if im not seen by then im going to leave. Guess ill just have to deal with my pain.

Go somewhere else!! I was misdiagnosed twice!!
