they say newly renovated NOT! their idea of newly renovated is changing some door handles. They charged me for a newly renovated one and its not. Do not let the fancy pics they have on their website fool you they seriously are not that nice. They have one maintenance man for the whole complex so nothing really gets fixed, or if it does it falls apart in two days. I had the shower faucets break 4 different times and he blamed me for turning it to hard! People in the parking lot blast their music, not to mention alot of drug dealing late at night, weird cars circling the complex and waiting in front of them. One night I was getting my laundry out of the laundromat they provide and i saw two people arguing about bad weed. Way to expensive seriously its the most expensive place in Smyrna. The only perk is the managers are very nice that s it. If you have kids please avoid for their safety.
