I needed 2 tires replaced and went to discount tires. They had a great selection and tires at several different price points. I found exactly what I wanted and was happy with the services provided.

This place and the employees are awesome! Took my 2014 Dodge Dart in due to had bulge on one of my tires. This vehicle is new with less than 15,000 so my husband called Discount Tire b/c they sell Kumho tires, which is what's on the car, to see if they're covered under the Kumho warranty....they are not but that's a reflection on Kumho and NOT Discount Tire. So Leo - the manager tells us to come on down. Turns out, as I said, it's not under warranty b/c it's a bulge and not due to manufacturer defect. Instead of trying to make money off of us, Leo gives us credit for the bulged tire towards a new tire plus road hazzard on the other 3 tires for $80!! Now that's what I call going above and beyond! Also...while we were there, I noticed the courtesy, professionalism and friendliness of the entire staff. This store won my business without even trying....WELL DONE!!!!
