I came in to remove my acrylics, and this lady didn't even soak them. I of course thought that was sketchy, so I asked, "shouldn't you soak it?" She said "no, you don't need to soak it." Then proceeded to take cuticle clippers to the glue in my nail & pry the nail off. After she stabbed my nail straight through the middle & blamed it on my nails braking under the acrylics, I stated ONCE AGAIN "don't you think you should soak it?!" And at this point, I was just about falling out of my seat running away from the woman and it took everything in my heart not to smack her by stab #5. In addition to prying it off with her cuticle clipper, she used an entire acrylic nail to scrape it up with no regard to all of the discomfort I was expressing. It was genuinely traumatic for my nail beds.

Somewhat friendly... prices are ridiculous high ..when I got a manicure the lady put one of my nails crooked and when I told her about it she said it's just your finger then I came another time just to see if they did a better job and this time I only got polish and when they were filing my nails they cut my finger two times definitely won't go again even though the location is very convenient
