Great Customer Service! Fixed my transmission in a timely matter and it didn't cost and arm and a leg. Will be back.

Don't take your car here. Paid for Transmission replacement. I still have the same transmission and still isn't working after 2 months of being in the shop with more problems.The woman initially said they were going to put a new tranny in for x number of dollars. She is telling me now that there is no such thing as a new tranny. I paid for my transmission to be fixed in August. T/I insisted that I pay at least $500 before they started the work and I did. When I picked up my car up I didn't get home before the Tranny started shifting hard again. I took it back in, a couple of weeks later they said it was replaced with another tranny. I picked it up and there was a horrible noise in the front end, all of the dash lights stayed on all the time, there was a clunk when starting the car and the engine was running rough. I took it back again and they said they fixed it. The tranny is still the same tranny that I originally had in the car and I paid for a replacement. She admitted that they just did some tweaks to it and didn't really replace the tranny. She did offer for me to bring it back in and she would pay for a rental but I don't want a rental. After 2 months I should be able to drive my car. I have a funeral out of town that I have to attend. I am hoping the car will make it. This woman has lied to me over and over.

Excellent service. They really know what they're doing. They rebuilt my transmission and the cost wasn't outrageous. It runs like new! Worth every penny. It was great dealing with them.

After my vehicle was misdiagnosed from a different auto shop in 2005 and they tried to charge me nearly $400 in repairs, Transmission Inc looked at my car TWICE and said to run a tank of good fuel in it (Yes I had bought cheap fuel!). Then they said that if I still have a problem with your o2 sensor we will address it then. Cost of looking at it twice- $0 Earning a loyal customer guys- Priceless! Thank You! Very professional and they seem to realize that I will have cause to need a mechanic in the future and they have earned my loyalty! I've already referred them to my neighbor.

My wife and I always service our cars at Transmission Inc whenever we have a problem, and even sometimes when we don’t! I remember once my wife was complaining that the back windows wouldn’t roll down in her Nissan Xterra so I took it into the shop to get it looked at. I explained the problem, and about 5 minutes later they came back to me and said that the child safety lock was switched on and that was prohibiting the windows from functioning in the back. I sure felt a little embarrassed but I’m glad they looked for the obvious reasons first instead of running costly diagnostics and tests. I drove out of there one minute later, and not a penny spent for their time. Honest and smart workers.

When my car broke down last month, I took it to Transmission Inc. I don’t know why or how (and I don’t care) but the first gear drive train went bad and when I called to tell them they said to bring it in ad that they would take care of it and make it right. That’s exactly what they did. I expected the usual “warranty denial” ad for them to tell me I did something wrong or some parts wouldn’t be covered. But that wasn’t the case, they took care of everything, my car is running great and I didn’t have to pay a dime! Kudos to them and thank you so much!!

I only had one problem with these guys my car had to stay a little longer due to another problem that arose but everything got fixed quickly and I am satisfied with the service.

Everyone I talked to about going to a good place to get my car fixed, just about everyone said to go to Transmission Inc because of their quality of service and boy they were right. They fixed my car and it came with a reasonable warranty.
