NO, NO, NO! Do not trust them with your home. No one will check on your house, they don't communicate with tenants or landlords. If you have an issue they tell you that you will have to take care of it. When a tenant left our house without paying rent Kathy Parker Realty said that if we wanted to collect rent, we (the Landlord) would have to contact the previous tenant directly........WHAT? What do you think your job as the AGENT is? That was the second time of such a case previously I had to contact a servicemembers command to get back-rent and to repair damage.
They certainly do not act on the behalf of the landlord but if you are looking to be a dirtball tenant and wreck someone's house this is the company to rent through. They did not know that my tenant got a GREAT DANE without permission. That is the level of care they will give you...none. In fact, they are so effective at looking after their homes that squatters have taken up residence in a property they managed.

Honestly I should not even be giving this company a one star. I am going to make a long story short. We allowed Kathy Parker to manage our home while we had orders overseas. Before our tenants moved in Kathy Parker stated that she had the tenants fill out a pre-inspection worksheet stating minor damage that was done to the house. Just recently our tenants moved out and Kathy Parker said that she went over to the house and noted that the house was in perfect condition. While receiving pictures from another property manger of repairs that needed to be done to the house, I called Kathy Parker and asked them for the pre-inspection worksheet. She proceeded to tell me she cannot find it, and then called the tenants after they moved out, to fill out another work sheet stating the damage done to the house before they moved in. Thankfully or tenants refused to fill it out, and when they did, Kathy Parker put a stop payment on our tenants returned security deposit check! Just please be aware that they have lied to us on many occasions and when we caught them in a lie and tried to discuss the situation they ignored our calls and would just hang up the phone.
