I was told to let you all know we should be grateful we got our deposit back...Hey William, your right after countless phone calls to your office on our part and "1" call back from treasure realty, we finally recieved our deposit back.



After having to forward to your office the "North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement Chapter 42A" so you all could send to the attorney.



We had not even signed a formal agreement and were not being answered the direct question "Is 100 Ocean View Lane guarenteed to us, (for the deposit that is being held),for that week?"or "Is something comparable going to be offered to us if we do as treasure and the property owners have asked by waitng till the end of March?" ( That answer I have in writing as a big "NO"). Being offered the phone # for the Owner and told "We can speak to them directly if we want" is bad business practice.



After being told treasure realty knew in November 2012 the house was in forclosure proceedings, treasure decided we would be informed on January 11, 2012. No, I don't believe we should be told we need to be "grateful" we did not have legal fees.

If Treasure Realty was doing the right thing for their business, there would have been call backs to us when promised, simple questions answered and not being treated like we were "Idiots" by all in treasure realty's office.

Next time "Do the right thing, minus the stress and aggrevation ".

I'm doing a long term rental through Treasure Realty and have found them to be both responsive and professional. Had a couple problems early, but they got right on them. I haven't had the bug problem (a guy sprays each month)...but I came from Florida and I am not to concerned with the incidental presence of the "palmetto bugs"...but they are some big ole things. Fortunately, most of them stay outside. lol.

just a few problems we had were.....They lied to us several times, no keys, broken electrical outlets for 8 weeks, wrong address on lease, had to ask for a mailbox key, unreliable and sneaky!!

great to deal with if you like to be laughed at when you have a problem, and they will literally laugh at you, they dont tell you the stuff you need to know and then blast you if you make a mistake will never ever deal with them again and will tell ever one i know, there places also have roaches and i mean big one at least 2 inches long but they will tell you yeah thats normal

Rented a large oceanfront house well in advance and unfortunately had to cancel and ask for my money back and wait for it to re-rent. It did re-rent rather quickly but instead of quickly refunding my money back, they held onto my money until the last minute after numerous calls and complaints to them... plus they took a 20 % fee out it for nothing as the house was re- rented for months prior to the trip as well as I had the insurance. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL!
