Incredible Service - I thought my data was gone for good when my desktop computer died on me; however, to my surprise all was not lost.
Brian transferred my data from an old HDD to an external HDD in a short amount of time. Great customer service!

I have had the privilege of Brian Benson, the owner, for over 10 years and I have always been treated with respect and received the technical expertise I needed. He always is looking to provide value and never for just making the quick sale. I see Brian as a trusted adviser and more importantly a friend!!! I trust all my IT needs to him and his team of talented consultants that work there.

I used this business to clean up my very slow and error messaging computer after trying some over the counter products that promised results but delivered very little. I liked the fact they were willing to diagnose the problem for free then tell me how much it would cost to fix it. After diagnosing the problem they quoted me a price that I felt wasn't cheap, but fair and reasonable. My computer is running much faster and more efficient now, almost as fast as when I first bought it, even though my computer is 5 years old. I give them 5 stars because they did what they said they would do at the price they said they would do it, and they did it without any surprises or hidden charges, which is all a customer can ask from a company. I will definately use them again, even though they are 50 miles away. I highly recommend them.

This company has just saved my girlfriend's computer within 20 minutes. Brian Bennett managed to have us come in early today and take a look at the power issue her notebook had. Within 20 minutes he took the notebook apart and not only diagnose the problem but solve it.

When the CD burner stopped working on my wife's desktop computer, her two businesses were at risk. I took the desktop to a local office supply store which heavily advertised its computer repair service. Over a TWO WEEK period, they had to wait on a new burner and then install the burner, we took the desktop home to find that the new burner did not work plus the windows boot process was in disarray, took it back to the store, and finally heard that they did not really know what was wrong. We got a refund.



Hoping that the computer might still be fixed, I took it to Atlanta Computer Solutions in Snellville, GA. I was prepared to pay more if a fix was possible. Their diagnostic service was free. A new burner was in stock. The total cost of replacing the one burner was 25% less than the charge from the office supply store. I was so pleased that I asked that the second burner be replaced and added another Gig of RAM memory. In slightly more than ONE HOUR, I had the desktop back home, reconnected and operating much better than before. This family owned business way exceeded my expectations for a convenient, fast, affordable and even pleasant experience of repairing a computer.

These folks have resurrected PCs from my business and home when hardware issues arose. They were able to salvage all of my files after hard drive failure and restore my computer to it's previous condition.



They explained patiently what happened and then charged a reasonable fee for their services.



Great Company. Much better than going to one of the compter "Super Centers".
