DR SHENOY AND STAFF WERE VERY KIND. DR SHENOY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO REFER SOMEONE TO HIM

I was a patient with Eastside Endocrine and because I missed 2 appointments. I missed one because I was so sick that I could not get out of bed, and I missed the other because I was a college student, and missed my appt. because I was studying for an exam. The office actually fired me as a patient because I missed those two appts. I had to go and find another doctor. T. Sample

My mother was going to their office and got lost. She called and because she called 5 minutes late they told her not to bother coming in because she couldn't bother to be there on time. She explained to them what had happened and they still treated her poorly. She had waited 2 months to get this appointment. They have no sympathy for patients. They are only there for your money and don't care about the patient. They were even rude to her when she made this appointment. She is so hurt by how rude they were that she called me crying hysterically.
