I just called this business and I couldn't even explain to the person on the phone because he never let me explain myself. Your customer service experience with this individual is nonexistent, he hung up on me when I said, "Sir you are not letting me explain what I need from you" you are not listening to your potential customer and hence losing a potential job. Word of mouth is powerful, people read reviews before hiring a person or business, my business today may have been a small project however courtesy and respect may gain you future customers. I wish you good luck but no wonder why your profile had no reviews, you probably don't have very many happy customers.
