WOW! The very next time we go back, after someone called and said I would have a better experience the next time, my daighter had an appointment for 8:45AM on Friday, July 31st, she waited over an hour to finally be seen!!! Then we get a call after she gets home, saying they "forgot" to take enough blood, they needed her to come back to get another vile of blood!!!! UNBELIEVEABLE!!!! I do not have time to keep missing work and taking my daughter back due to this company's negligence!

Why does one even bother making an appointment at this place! We had an appt for 8AM, they were backed up when we got here, and instead of taking her at her appropriate time, they took all the others that had gotten there before us without an appointment. No need to make an appt, they will just take you as you get there anyways.

I will never go to this Lab Corp again!!! I've had my blood drawn many times. I'm typically one of those people that doesn't bleed much and you can take my blood and not even be able to tell afterwards because it takes a lot to make me bruise! It takes a lot unless you are at this location!!!



The ladies that take your blood are short in conversation but pleasant "enough" but they JAB you with the needle and are so rough that I have a HUGE bruise and a knot the size of a lemon. I had my blood drawn at another location recently and there wasn't even any markings AT ALL afterwards and it didn't hurt. I have great veins but this place (this is my 3rd and last visit) is awful! Both of the ladies. I wish I could go back to Quest in Snellville because they are MUCH better!



Next time I will drive to Lawrenceville. I hear they are much better at that Lab Corp!
