This was our second time at this restaurant. The first time things were perfect, so perfect that I redeemed my credit card rewards for two gift certificates. When we walked in the place was a little crowded but we were seated quickly. That's where the good treatment ended. Our server took our orders and we waited approximately 15 mins for her to return with bread for the table. Luckily we placed my kids' orders first so they got their food after about 30 mins. My husband and I ordered salads and my brother-in-law ordered chili. It took about 35 minutes for us to get a salad after I reminded the waitress. The chili was still missing in action. Our steaks came ONE HOUR AFTER WE SAT DOWN. I requested to speak to the manager and she flippantly told me that a party of 19 came in right before us. When I asked why it took so long for salads (and why the chili never came) she says "oh well that means the servers aren't running the food like they should". Say that in the first place lady!!! She did discount 20 bucks off my bill and gave my daughter free nuggets, but honestly I would have preferred timely service. I won't be returning.

I usually love Texas Roadhouse steak houses, but we went here for my birthday and I was sorely disappointed. I never got my appetizer until I asked for it and then had to wait until we had already gotten our check. My steak was not cooked to my order. My salad had cheese on it after I had asked for it without. And, some of the staff were sitting in the booth next to us with who I am assuming were off the clock employees. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I haven't been back since because I was so let down. My husband offered to switch meals with me because mine was so off the mark, but I was hoping our waitress would ask if I needed anything. I guess next time I will just decide on another steak house.

The catfish is awesome. Not only does it taste great, but the serving size and price is right!
