Ace provided excellent, professional service when prepping a building site for us. John, owner, removed large trees and stumps, built ecology block terrace walls and prepped the site for our utility building. All work was completed in a timely fashion and done to a top level standard. I highly recommend Ace for your projects.

I've known John Steere personally for over 4 years, and by reputation for much longer than that. I highly recommend him for any type of Excavation, Land Clearing, Logging, Grading, Site Preparation, Bulldozing, Digging Foundation Holes, etc. I know he does a lot of French Drains, Drain field excavation, Retaining wall “Rip Rap” and lots more.

He's been in business for over 30 years locally in Snohomish, and has tons of good references available on request. I personally know him to be an honest, hard-working, smart, highly skilled, stand-up guy. If he can't take on your project himself, he will direct you to someone who can. He's very reasonably priced compared to a lot of Excavators, Logging companies, and General Contractors!
