I'm on day 42 now waiting for a replacement door on the side by side fridge promised at time of sale. Never once have they contacted me. But I have left all info the last 4 visits while checking on the status of my promised door.

I bought my washer and dryer from them about 2 years ago. Excellent price and they work like brand new. Still have them and will be going back soon to look for a fridge!! Love this place!!

My daughter just bought a used refrigerator from the Snohomish store. Al took lots of time showing her around the warehouse, then helping with the purchase and delivery. The whole experience was outstanding, from the minute we walked in the door to the minute the refrigerator was delivered. The two delivery guys were also wonderful - polite, speedy and capable. Her next purchase will be a stackable washer and dryer and guess where she will be going - Appliance Recycling Outlet!

We purchased a late model refer / freezer from them. The prices are great. The selection was good although a bit challenging to get to all the models stacked into the place. Delivery was as promised too. We had a problem with the automatic ice maker that was slow to be resolved. Had we purchased a new unit from someplace like Sears we would be PO'd at the service. However, patience and good follow up (pestering) on our part is what it takes to get things resolved.

I went to Appliance Recycling Outlet on a weekday. Met up with Ron, one of outlet's specialists and explained the type of refrigerator I was looking for. Ron was extremely knowledgeable and he truly listened to my requirements. I did not find a refrigerator that same day. However, a few days later I received a call from him stating that he found a fridge that I might be interested in. I bought that refrigerator a few hours later. Delivery went smoothly and I am VERY happy with Ron's service. I wish there were more people like him in other businesses.
