Customers are wise to shop elsewhere. Rude customer service with an entirely unfriendly no refund policy under any circumstances. Buyer beware about this no refund policy, especially when the staff make misrepresentations about allowing refunds. The older gentlemen who appears to be an owner (and is mentioned in other reviews as being rude) is especially rude. They literally work to avoid good customer service and when told they are providing bad customer service - they literally do not care. Baffled that the store has remained open. Where is company corporate?

Outstanding customer service. I came in looking for a new pair of boots and thought I was going to have a hard time picking out something from their giant collection. But the young lady helping me couldn't have made it easier. She knew what price I wanted to stay at and found me a great pair. Because of the service I received I will definitely be back again.

I love the crew at Beth West! The owner Lance has always taken good care of me and takes the time to make sure I get a great custom fit. I have bought 9 pair of boots over the past 12 years. As well as hats, shirts, belts and jeans and have always been treated like family. Two of my good friends from Nashville get their boots from Beth West as well. If you are looking for boots and want the largest selection on the west coast and a great custom fit, Beth West is the place!

The owner is a complete jerk. While I was visiting the store I noticed him rudely talking to customers and staff. I visit often so this wasn't just some unsatisfied customer, nor were any employees "out of line." I saw him literally yelling at a customer and saying "DONT SPEAK WHEN I AM SPEAKING!" Incredibly rude, this guy needs an attitude adjustment. I have also noticed that he often is very cruel and says unnecessary things to his employees. I have ALWAYS had great and nice help from the employees. Not sure that I will be supporting Beth West anymore, leaning towards coastal.

Work boots are coming apart after only 6 months. They wouldn't take them back because they had some mud on them. Didn't know you weren't supposed to actually wear them. The customer service was so bad that I am now dealing directly with the manufacturer to resolve this and hopefully they will pull their support from this store. They are the worst.
