Provided by YP.comI purchased a new 2020 Ford Fusion for my father and had a fantastic experience working with my sales consultant, Jake Berg, at every stage of the purchase. The transaction had a few "moving parts" that required some creative thinking on Jake's side to make the sale happen. Jake was responsive, kept to his word and followed up with me in a timely manner.
Jake has excellent consultative selling skills and I appreciated that he listened to me during the sales process and didn't try to talk "above me".
He is super friendly, wants to facilitate a sale and I received an excellent price for the vehicle. He also worked to ensure that I would get the applicable rebates and I was impressed with the pricing. Bickford's pricing was better than the other dealerships I looked at around the Puget Sound. Jake kept me informed throughout the week about the vehicle's arrival and had the paperwork ready for my father to sign when he arrived from out of town. My father is over 80 years old and I wanted to limit his exposure during this time of pandemic. Jake understood and had the licensing paperwork completed in advance so my father didn't have to spend a lot of unnecessary time at the dealership.
Jake also had Tucker available per my request to provide the vehicle orientation as soon as we arrived at the dealership. Tucker was patient, respectful and kind to my dad who is not comfortable with technology. I appreciated Tucker's patience during the vehicle overview. He made the experience of my dad getting his first brand new car in forty years pretty exciting!
I highly recommend Bickford Ford and the team. I will buy from them again because of the awesome service and attention I received from this company as well as Jake and Tucker.

Provided by YP.comI normally despise the whole car buying transaction experience. Dan Hudson and Jeff Wing made the purchase of my new truck a very easy and stress free experience. Absolutely no pressure and they really valued my time. They did everything they could to make me happy with the deal I was getting, then arranged the financing and delivery in an extremely efficient manner. They understood that I didn't want to hang around the dealership and play the usual cat and mouse games.
They had to get my truck in from another dealership and that went smoothly as well. The paperwork was completely done when I arrived and I could have been out of there in no time. I stuck around when offered a tech to go over the features in the new truck. Andy Sullivan helped us out and did a great job, again, efficiently as possible. He knows how to explain the technical aspects of the truck in a manner that is easy to understand for a non-tech type.

Provided by YP.comFantastic Service. I drove up from Portland for a deal on a Ford Mustang. The 8 hours of driving ended up saving me around 4k when compared to my home market. On top of that, the level of service was far beyond anything I had come to expect from a car dealership. I didn't have to argue or haggle to get the deal I wanted and they were very respectful of my time and opinion. In short, the fantastic deal on my car and the great costumer service made the drive up absolutely worth it!

Provided by YP.comI went to three different dealers to learn about the new Transit vans. Bickford was the most in the know by far. Chris Nunley was my salesman, he did a great job of showing me the new vans and all of the options. And ordered it just how I wanted. When the van arrived Chris made sure I was happy with it. Then Michael Holden the tech and delivery guy did a great job of showing me the computer (sync). He explained how to use navigation and other functions. He even did some music presets for me. The finance gal was great too. I am very happy with these guys and how things work at Bickford Ford. I'll be back when its time for a truck. Thanks guys!

Provided by YP.comTodd Spradlin made for a great sales experience as always. Mike Holden walked me through all of the electronics. He did not skip on anything even if I knew what it was he still took time to make sure I understood how it worked. Bickford Motors is a great place to purchase a vehicle as well as parts and service.

Went through all the details, functions, questions we had, etc. Told us to stop by anytime or call with questions. BICKFORD should be very happy with such a great employee.
