Called in a prescription on Monday which was a holiday. We were told the order would go out with Tuesdays mail service. So we were expecting the order to arrive on Weds since its local. Weds came and still no order. Called and inquired and was told the order did not go out until Weds afternoon! Now its Friday and still no order at the house! Called again to inquire and was told rather rudely that we dont control the mail service. Asked to speak to the lead pharmasist and was told they were to busy to take our call. Totally unprofessional. They should have called to tell us of the delay and give us the chance to go pick it up. So now our member has been without his critical medication for 2 and half days! We got the impression that they dont care. Would not recomend Kuslers of Snohomish!

The pharmacy is full service and helpful. They also offer flu shots any day which is nice. The gift shop is very special and unique. I've bought many a gift there. Staff is very friendly, just like you would expect in a small town.
