Poor Customer Service and Planning

Our experience with this facility was extremely disappointing. They did not provide 3 of the items we contracted for. We had to chase them around all day to get them to even give us ice on a very hot day! They were apparently understaffed, because they were busy loading up ice and other items for another wedding they were performing at a facility down the road. So instead of meeting their commitments with us and making themselves available to correct issues, they were busy giving someone else bad service. The food was extremely poor.



They made us feel like we were fortunate to pay their over priced rates for the facility. Absolutely disappointed. Gave us many bad memories of our daughter's wedding.



The most shocking and unbelievable part of our bad experience was the fact that they showed no enthusiasm or friendliness whatsoever. They always acted bothered and they were definitely not staffed adequately or professionally. After the event, when we took them to task, it took them 3 weeks to respond to us. Then they showed no remorse whatsoever and instead of trying to fairly resolve the issues. Then they didn't even try to make it up to us. They only paid back the items they did not provide. No attempt whatsoever to give a little back of their exorbitant fees.



I would highly recommend that you save your money and go elsewhere. Have the wedding in a church for a fraction of the money and then find a decent hall to cater to. You will save 75% and have a much better experience.
