Provided by YPmobileThey are now estimating our bills, not reading the meter every mth now that they bill us monthly. They say they don't have the man power but since they are ripping off our community I think they can hire people. I got a $400 bill based on ex tenants for one month. I don't know these people, how is it I get estimated on what they use. Idiots
