The Timbers Club at Snowmass is private residence club that has a membership of more than 285 individuals. It is member-owned mountain complex that comprises of a clubhouse, over 35 three-bedroom luxury residences and several townhomes. The club offers shared ownership opportunities for nearly 2,000-square-foot three-bedroom residences. The Timbers Club at Snowmass housing units feature multicolored slate floors and slab granite countertops. In addition, the clubs luxury residences are equipped with large-screen televisions, fax machines, and CD and DVD players. Its amenities include a game room, executive business center, outdoor heated swimming pool and underground parking facility. The Timbers Club at Snowmass exercise facility includes a cardio theater and massage room.
